It is time to dance, move, express and align with ourselves again, in a sacred space with community. The intention of the evening is to bring connection, community, expression of love and fun for all involved!

This evening has a beautiful duality woven into it.
The first part of the evening being the "active" stage and the second part being the "passive" stage.
This Yin and Yang aspect of the evening makes for a beautiful experience.

First things first we will welcome everyone and commence the evening with a Cacao Ceremony. Once the Cacao ceremony is completed we will move into the dance/movement component of the evening which will be focused around the 7 Chakras through movement to music.

7 tracks to represent and express the energy movement through the 7 chakras. Combining ancient beliefs with modern technology, sound and vibration.

The second part of the evening will be a blissful Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. You will lie down and breathe deeply while being bathed in the beautiful sounds of the Crystal singing bowls, Crystal pyramids, Koshi Chimes & Vocal toning.

This beautiful and relaxing experience will leave you feeling expansive, open hearted, clear, connected and inspired.
