Our Spring Sound Circle Full Day Retreat recharge and reveal is just that, a 6 hour window of time just for you. It is a time for you to stop, surrender, recover, re-balance, recalibrate, heal and re-awaken in a safe and sacred space. This day is not only about recuperating and refueling, it is also about connecting to your own divine guidance on what is important for YOU, moving forward in your life. The processes and modalities we will be weaving into this day will support you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to expand and flourish as the spring energy abounds internally and externally. We will also be utilising a brand new revolutionary process that is literally designed to open you up to receive divine guidance on the path that lies before you. Our intention is for you to walk away from this event feeling inspired and ready to truly blossom into the next phase of your human adventure!

This collaborative event will be hosted by our four fabulous facilitators weaving a range of modalities with sound and vibrational offerings to offer you the chance to surrender, centre, expand and reconnect. Our facilitators have over 40 years combined experience in their chosen fields and bring a multitude of training and talents to this divinely curated event. Our focus and intention is for you to enjoy and receive an incredible experience like nothing you have ever experienced before!!

The schedule for the day is specifically designed to connect you to your own heightened awareness and allow you to tap into your divine truth for deeper clarity and guidance on your path forward.

10:30 - 11:00 Group opening circle
11:00 - 12:30 Stretch, Ryoho Yoga, group chanting with a sound and vibrational deep immersion
12:30 - 1:30 Lunch (not supplied)
1:30 - 2:30 Cacao Ceremony, intention setting & Chakra activation with vocal toning
2:30 - 4:10 Cosmic DNA Breathwork & Sound Journey with vocal toning
4:10 - 4:30 Closing ceremony with group sharing

Each of our four facilitators have their own unique business and talents and are combining as a collaborative force to deliver Spring Sound Circle Full Day Retreat at Onespace Collective in Mona Vale. Every session will be a collaboration with multiple facilitators sharing their own unique offerings woven in with each other. The day is a dance for our facilitators and we trust that you will be the loving recipient of this sound and vibrational ensemble!
