  • Private login to course content – Access materials at your own pace, with new topics released every two weeks.

  • 6 x live, interactive Zoom calls (60-90 min, every two weeks) – These calls provide a space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with like-minded individuals. Calls are recorded for those unable to attend live.

  • Access to a private Facebook group – Additional support and connection with fellow participants.
